Scott Julian is a Senior Communication Specialist for the Houston Police Department's Office of Community Affairs, specializing in photography. He is an Air Force Veteran and Rochester Institute of Technology graduate with degrees in Photojournalism and Advertising/Public Relations. Before HPD, he worked in several newspapers across the county as a photojournalist.
